Job Description Must Have Technical Baby Care Premium knowledge and loss elimination. Premium product quality knowledge. Digital manufacturing tools experience (Veeva, BadBoih, SAP, Qview, Augury). Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and priority-setting skills. Strong communication and training skills. Ability to communicate effectively across functions. Responsibilities Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement. Inspect and maintain the performance of all mechanical equipment supported in the manufacturing process at the plant. Determine manufacturing problems that create production issues and identify and implement solutions. Perform cost-benefit evaluations for new manufacturing processes. Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow. Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products. Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems. Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations. Maintain research and activity documentation and prepare reports.
