Client Details
My client is a global leader in protective equipment, recognized for innovative design, high‑performance quality, and advanced materials expertise. Its portfolio spans respiratory and head protection products, manufactured in North America and the UK, and supplied to customers worldwide.Description
- Develop and implement improvements in safety, quality, service, and cost
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, kaizens, and standard work
- Support new process start‑ups and process technology integration
- Drive cost reduction and supply chain improvements
- Communicate project direction and status to stakeholders
- Implement new process logic in equipment PLCs
- Support daily operations to meet service and production targets
- Guide new product introductions and experimental production runs
- Provide daily technical support to production personnel

Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 2-4 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
- 1-2 years of SolidWorks design experience
- Strong ability to use statistics for process analysis
- Experience working on cross‑functional teams
- Willingness to support round‑the‑clock manufacturing as needed
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- SAP experience is a plus
