Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing of several ballistic helmet products. This role delivers measurable results across EHS, quality, customer service, cost reduction, and new product development while supporting daily manufacturing operations. Its portfolio spans respiratory and head protection products, manufactured in North America and the UK, and supplied to customers worldwide. Description Develop and implement improvements in safety, quality, service, and cost
Lead Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, kaizens, and standard work
Support new process start‑ups and process technology integration
Drive cost reduction and supply chain improvements
Communicate project direction and status to stakeholders
Implement new process logic in equipment PLCsSupport daily operations to meet service and production targets
Guide new product introductions and experimental production runs

Strong ability to use statistics for process analysis
Experience working on cross‑functional teams
Willingness to support round‑the‑clock manufacturing as needed
