Job Description

As the Manufacturing Engineer, this role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and continuously improve molding processes within a cutting‑edge manufacturing operation. DescriptionReporting directly into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Design, develop, and implement molding equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes

Support the setup, qualification, and ongoing optimization of molding‑based production lines

Create and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation for equipment and processes

Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and quality improvements

Troubleshoot existing molding systems and resolve process or equipment issues

Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and other stakeholders to drive design and process improvements

Assist with the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new equipment

Develop and implement cost‑reduction initiatives and quality control measures

Ensure manufacturing processes and equipment comply with all safety and regulatory standards

Participate in cross‑functional meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Support ad‑hoc technical projects as required by the business ProfileEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing EngineeringAt least two years of hands‑on experience supporting and designing molding tools and processes

Practical experience working within a production or assembly manufacturing environment

Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues

Exposure to molding techniques such as encapsulation, transfer molding, compression molding, or potting

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied stakeholdersA proactive problem‑solver with a creative, analytical approach

Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working on multiple priorities
