What You'll Own

Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team
Drive improvements in yield, throughput, cycle time, and cost
Lead continuous improvement and root cause initiatives
Execute capital and process improvement projects
Strengthen cross-functional alignment and execution
Advance manufacturing systems, automation, and data visibility

What You Bring

7-10+ years in manufacturing engineering; 3+ years leading teams
Strong experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
Proven ability to improve process capability and operational KPIs
Experience supporting NPI and product industrialization
Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
Familiarity with tools like FactoryLogix, SolidWorks, AutoCAD

Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, Master's Degree
