We are seeking an experienced manufacturing engineering leader with a strong background in high volume, high mix production environments to oversee engineering operations across multiple North American facilities. This role will lead manufacturing engineering strategy, process improvement initiatives, and new product introduction efforts while supporting fabrication focused operations within the electrical OEM industry

Job Details

Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers across multiple facilities in North AmericaOversee manufacturing process design, validation, and continuous improvement initiativesDrive New Product Introduction activities from concept through production launchImprove production flow, manufacturing cells, tooling, and operational efficiencySupport fabrication-focused manufacturing environments, including sheet metal and copper busbar productionPartner with operations, quality, and leadership teams to improve safety, productivity, and cost performanceManage the implementation and optimization of manufacturing software and tooling systemsStandardize engineering processes and best practices across all locations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering required10 to 15+ years of manufacturing engineering leadership experienceStrong experience within high volume, high mix manufacturing environmentsBackground in sheet metal fabrication and copper fabrication requiredExperience within electrical OEM manufacturing environments preferredProven leadership experience managing Manufacturing Engineers and multi site operationsStrong knowledge of manufacturing cells, tooling, automation, and process validationExperience with companies or products related to Schneider, Eaton, ABB, Siemens, or Rockwell highly preferred
