Support automation and technology implementation initiatives
Drive process optimization and productivity improvements
Partner with operations and quality leaders to solve manufacturing challenges
Establish engineering priorities aligned with business objectives
Support new product launches and manufacturing readiness activities
Manage engineering budgets and project timelines
Develop and maintain technical standards and documentation

Previous leadership or management experience
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement
Experience managing capital projects
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Strong communication and leadership skills
Project management experience preferred
