WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Manufacturing Engineering Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation across our operations. From developing Lean strategies to analyzing workflows, you'll lead initiatives that streamline production, reduce waste, and elevate quality. Your expertise as an engineer will guide cross-functional teams, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and provide training to staff on best practices. By monitoring key performance indicators and implementing continuous improvements, you'll ensure our production runs smarter, faster, and stronger-cementing your role as a key driver of our success.

THE ENGINEER WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Experience as a manufacturing engineer, with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
