Job Description

A.Y. McDonald Mfg. This position will be on 3rd shift.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting observations and analysis of personnel and work procedures to determine time-and-motion requirements. Programming CNC equipment and editing programs. 
  • Analyzing work study data and equipment specifications to establish time and production standards to be used in costing, labor reporting, and production analysis. 
  • Trouble-shooting shop problems associated with new or existing tooling and equipment. 
  • Assisting in the training of personnel.

  • Setup machinery and equipment for production on proven programs.

  • Review change orders.

  • Update existing entries in the tooling matrix.

  • Edit and prove out ISO/EIA CNC programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in production management, manufacturing or industrial technology.
  • Prior management and supervisory experience or other leadership experience preferred.
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
  • Knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
