Manufacturing Engineering Technician Cedar Rapids, IA$60,000$80,000+ DOE Full-Time | 1st ShiftWe are hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support automated manufacturing equipment and test systems in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, equipment support, startup assistance, and continuous improvement on the production floor. Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot automated equipment, PLCs, sensors, and test systems*
Support equipment startup and production operations*
Perform root cause analysis and assist with process improvements*
Make minor PLC/HMI adjustments under engineering guidance*
Maintain documentation and support preventative maintenance efforts

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred*
2+ years of manufacturing or automated equipment experience*
Experience reading schematics and troubleshooting controls systems*
Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and industrial equipment
