Title: Production Systems EngineerLocation: St. Paul MinnesotaDetails: Contract with ongoing need, opportunity for direct hire, fully onsite rolePay Rate: $30.00/hr. with benefit inclusionsJob SummaryThe Product Systems Engineer supports the assembly, integration, testing, and production of advanced electro-mechanical sensor systems, including camera and gimbal assemblies. This role partners with engineering, manufacturing, and contract manufacturers to deliver high-quality products, support production builds, troubleshoot issues, and implement design and process improvements. Recent engineering graduates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate, program, and test electro-mechanical systems and assemblies.
• Perform system checkout, troubleshooting, fault isolation, and repair activities.
• Support optical assembly, alignment, focusing, and flight testing.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and technical data packages.
• Coordinate design changes and serve as a liaison between engineering, production, and contract manufacturers.
• Support design-for-manufacturing efforts and transition designs into production.
• Assist with production planning, material readiness, and manufacturing support.
• Document test results and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure delivery of defect-free products and on-time customer orders.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, or a related engineering field required.
• Prior assembly, manufacturing, production, or electromechanical experience preferred.
• Open to recent graduates with strong hands-on mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with PTC Creo preferred (1+ year ideal).
• Ability to obtain FAA Part 107 certification within three months of employment.
