This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with industrial equipment and want to develop valuable manufacturing skills.This position offers a consistent full-time schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor large-scale production equipment*
- Remove finished products from production lines*
- Stack and palletize materials for shipment*
- Assist with machine adjustments and setup*
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications*
- Troubleshoot minor production issues*
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Previous manufacturing or production experience*
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn*
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift*
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment*
- Strong attention to detail*
- Steel-toe boots required
