Schedule: Full-Time | Morning & Swing Shifts Available

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Lead plays a key role in supporting daily production operations by directing team members, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring quality and productivity goals are met. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coaching and developing others.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shift start-up meetings, communicating priorities, production targets, and updates
- Coordinate and assign daily production activities to team members
- Monitor workflow and ensure efficient movement of work-in-progress (WIP)
- Attend daily production/shipping recap meetings when Supervisor is not present
- Prepare and maintain daily productivity reports
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve production issues proactively
- Ensure 5S standards and housekeeping tasks are completed daily
- Monitor department KPIs and analyze performance trends
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Develop and coach team members through training and mentoring
- Promote a positive team environment and open communication
- Lead by example in attendance, performance, and attitude

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and documentation (MPI)
- Experience training and leading production teams
- Intermediate computer skills, including Excel
- Ability to work on complex assignments and solve problems independently
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to provide guidance to team members and drive results
