Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager

Victor & Hamilton, MT · Full-time · On-site

My client, a specialty chemistry manufacturer in Montana, is hiring a Manufacturing Manager to lead site operations across two locations. This is a chance to shape a growing manufacturing organization, drive continuous improvement, and build a high-performing team.

What you'll be doing

Lead daily manufacturing operations through supervisors and team leads
Establish and sustain SOPs, training programs, and safety procedures
Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes
Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance on operational challenges
Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team
Track KPIs and drive data-based decisions across the site

About you

Be able to do the job as described
Background in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated manufacturing
Familiarity with ISO 13485:2016 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820
Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus
Experience in cleanroom or custom silicone manufacturing a plus
