Job Description
FieldBridge is looking for a Manufacturing worker in Provo, UT to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.
Pay/Schedule: $19.26/hr base + 14% shift differential. Monday- Wednesday or Thursday- Saturday, 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM Both shifts: 36 hours/week + 1 mandatory Sunday per month (dates provided in advance). AT 36hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $790.43 gross.
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to support safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery at the Provo, UT manufacturing facility. In this role, you will inspect parts and components against stated specifications, perform manufacturing and engineering tests, operate and maintain equipment, and document inspection and test results in accordance with standard work procedures. This position is ideal for a candidate with mechanical aptitude, the ability to read engineering drawings, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect documentation, parts, components, materials, and sub-assemblies against stated specifications using calibrated measurement systems
- Perform manufacturing and engineering tests in compliance with applicable procedures and standard work
- Set up, operate, and perform simple maintenance of equipment with assistance
- Document inspection and test results accurately and verify stability of results over time
- Participate in Hazard Analysis and Risk Control reviews and apply continuous improvement principles using Manufacturing System tools
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and standardized work instructions
- Ability to use measuring devices to measure small parts accurately
- Basic math and computational skills
- Ability to keep accurate activity logs and reports
- Must be able to legally work and reside in the US without sponsorship
- Background check and medical check required following federal employment guidelines
- Must be available for assigned shift including 1 mandatory Sunday per month
