Summary:
- Operate and/or monitor production equipment, making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality results in the work area.
- Collaborate with other technicians to perform filling, labeling, and packaging of products.
- Comprehend production paperwork including product reconciliation, label reconciliation, labor sheets, product fill checks, and torque checks.
- Follow manufacturing paperwork meticulously without deviations from instructions.
- Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Follow ISO 13485 guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Clean and sanitize work areas, machines, glassware, or equipment as required.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with work groups to ensure task and project completion.
- Perform duties in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Be flexible to work overtime and varying shifts.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of packaging and labeling processes.
- Ability to operate labeling and packaging equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions accurately.
- Comfortable working with chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Good mathematical and computational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, laboratory, or packaging environment.
- Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and SOP-driven processes.
- Experience working with quality and compliance standards.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting activities.
- Frequently lift up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in a moderate-noise production environment.
- Good visual acuity, including close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment.
