JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Planner 3 - Electrical/ElectronicsLOCATION: Everett, WAPAY RATE: $50.50/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.
Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)
Work Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift
Overtime: Expected, including weekends
Shift Start Time: Typically between 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Summary:
The 777-9 program is seeking Manufacturing Engineers to support aircraft modifications required for Certification Flight Testing in support of Type Inspection Authorization (TIA)
This is a critical role supporting overall aircraft certification efforts
Support modification planning, installation coordination, and flightline-compatible execution
Serve as a Tiger Team member supporting a critical flight test certification project
Develop installation plans for test-specific and production configuration changes
Coordinate across Manufacturing Engineering teams for PRR Installation Plan (IP) creation and revisions
Review installation plans for quality, including:
Missing functional tests
Missing or incomplete BOM items
Identify and plan aircraft removals as required
Identify opportunities to reduce scope (e.g., smaller, more targeted functional tests)
Review tooling requirements to ensure compatibility with flightline operations (non-factory specific tooling)
Requirements:
Assembly & Installation (A&I) Manufacturing Engineering skill set
Skill Code: 67B
Experience Level: Level 3
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting Systems, Electrical, or Propulsion disciplines (preferred, not required)
Experience with manufacturing and configuration management tools, including:
CMES
PDM
CAPP
ENOVIA
CATIA
IVT
Experience editing installation plans and generating NCOs
Experience with change incorporation instructions, including:
PRRs
LCCXs
Modifications and service bulletins
Familiarity with widebody aircraft configuration and modification processes
