Shift: 8-5pm- some flexibility Duration: 9 Months  Pay range:  $40.00 - $45.00 Hourly Onsite Job Job Description:  You will make an impact by serving as a critical link between demand, supply, and manufacturing execution. By developing achievable production plans, monitoring operational performance, and addressing supply risks before they disrupt the business, you will help ensure continuity of operations and customer satisfaction. Your collaboration across Production, Customer Service, QC, and QA, combined with your commitment to data integrity, compliance, and process improvement, will help drive stronger planning discipline and better business outcomes.Key Responsibilities 1. Production Planning & Schedule Execution•Execute daily production planning activities in alignment with site and network objectives to support efficient manufacturing•Translate demand into detailed, executable production plans aligned with capacity and material availability•Review and act on ERP (MRP) messages, exceptions, and system recommendations to maintain accurate and achievable production schedules•Create and manage production and intercompany orders in line with business priorities•Partner with Production, Customer Services, QC, and QA to ensure effective execution of the production plan 2. Risk Management, Performance Monitoring & Operational Control•Monitor performance against key metrics, including service level, schedule adherence, and inventory targets, and take appropriate action•Participating in daily Tier meetings, providing updates, escalating risks, and driving timely resolution•Identify risks to supply and production schedules and implement mitigation plans•Maintain accurate root cause analysis for delays, shortages, and out-of-stock scenarios•Monitor material availability and shelf life, driving actions to minimize excess, obsolescence, and scrap 3. Compliance, Data Integrity & Continuous Improvement•Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, health & safety, and internal process requirements•Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and operational performance•Maintain high standards of data accuracy within ERP systemsHow will you get here? Education•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field Education•3+ years of relevant experience in supply planning, production planning, scheduling, materials planning, or supply chain operations, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 1. Technical & Systems Expertise•Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a manufacturing or regulated environment•Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (JD Edwards E1 preferred)•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications•Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies preferred•Experience implementing and enhancing digital supply chain tools, reporting systems, and ERP platforms (e.G., SAP, Oracle, Demantra)•APICS (CPIM) certification, or willingness to work towards, is advantageous 2. Analytical & Execution Capabilities•Ability to translate demand into effective production plans within capacity and material constraints•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into decisions and action•Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability•Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a fast-paced environment 3.
