You will have the opportunity to:

Implement and optimize our advanced manufacturing technology, including robotics, vision systems, and DC electric tools.Enhance efficiency by improving workplace design, process flow, and equipment layouts on our assembly and test lines.Act as a key technical resource, analyzing production data and collaborating with shop floor personnel to solve tooling and process challenges.Lead projects to improve current manufacturing methods, driving cost reductions and boosting product quality.Champion a culture of safety and quality, ensuring all processes meet our high standards and contribute to a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Agricultural Engineering or Technology; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.A logical and practical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to analyze complex situations objectively.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively from the plant floor to management.Proven project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
