Job Description

What You'll Do

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
Monitor production equipment and perform minor adjustments
Complete production and quality documentation
Report on safety, quality, or mechanical concerns
Support our Quality Management System (QMS) and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized workplace by following 5S principles
Assist with plant cleanup and other production duties

This position requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
Basic math and mechanical aptitude
Ability to read production documents
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
Forklift experience is a plus

Schedule

Full-time, 12-hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
Must be available to rotate to night shift during peak season
10%-night shift premium
