We're seeking an individual ready to take control of overseeing efficient processes within a small-scale operation. This role offers genuine work-life balance with a stable schedule predominantly during day shifts, minimal need for weekend work, and rare on-call expectations. Engage directly with your team, offering guidance and facilitation, as you monitor raw material inventory and record production metrics. Your expertise in tackling minor equipment hiccups and implementing safety measures will be invaluable as you drive our production successes.

To succeed, you’ll need at least two years of leadership experience in manufacturing, a strong ability to inspire and manage small teams, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving on the production floor, coupled with essential computer skills for organizing data.
