Job Description
The Production Line Supervisor oversees daily operations of the manufacturing production line to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production line employees to meet production goals.
- Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and product quality throughout the shift.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.
