Job Description

Our client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their growing team!Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Supervisor position are as follows:

High school diploma or equivalent
2-3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Machining experience and knowledge of manufacturing methods, techniques, and equipment
Understanding of production scheduling and operations

$70K-$90K/year, DOE possibly higher for the right candidate
Direct-hire opportunity
2nd shift hours with Fridays off

For the Manufacturing Supervisor position your duties will include:

Supervise, motivate, and schedule workflow for production team members
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Recommend improvements for procedures, equipment, etc.
Foster a positive, secure, and productive work environment
Other tasks as assigned
