We're hiring Manufacturing Technicians in the Auburn area to join a growing production team. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn specialized equipment, contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and develop valuable skills with on-the-job training.No sewing or stitching experience? No problemwe're willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment, including industrial stitching and sewing machines*
- Load materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs*
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards*
- Troubleshoot minor issues and communicate equipment concerns to team leads*
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment*
- Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience is preferred*
- Stitching or sewing experience is a plus, but not required*
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality*
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic*
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed*
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Four-day workweek with three-day weekends
