Title : Manufacturing Technician
Location : Salt Lake City, UT
Duration : 12 Months
Pay Range : $20-$25/hr on W2
Job Description
- Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

- Works under general supervision.
- Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
Education & Experience
- Requires developing job knowledge/skills.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
- Basic computer skill required.
- Must be able to read and write in English
