Job Description

Multiple Openings – Manufacturing & Warehouse Roles

Work Outside the City – Hiring Across the Greater Indianapolis Area | Immediate Openings

We’re hiring for multiple positions to support our growing operations, including Material Handlers, Machine Operators, Line Leads, and other production-related roles. If you’re looking for steady work outside Indianapolis with room to grow, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do (Overview):

Contribute to daily production and operational goals across the facility.
Assist with material movement, equipment operation, or line support based on role and experience.
Help maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required.
Forklift experience, is a plus.
Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift.
Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Leadership experience, is a plus.
