Marine Foremen supervise crews of welders, pipe fitters, electricians, or painters.- Required to follow ABS, OSHA, USCG and company policies.
Responsibilities:
· Lead crews of 5–20 workers
· Assign tasks, monitor progress, enforce safety
· Coordinate with project managers and ship superintendents
· Ensure quality control and compliance with marine standards
Requirements:
· 3+ years of marine leadership experience
· Strong communication and planning skills
