Job Description

Who you are:

Are you an individual who has experience servicing and repairing boats? Are you mechanically inclined and enthusiastic in your work space? Are you trainable and willing to learn new skills in the boating industry? Do you have an astounding work ethic, positive attitude, and a can-do mindset? If so, we would love to hear from you! Our client continues to thrive within the industry and is looking for a like-minded individual to join their team.

What you will be doing:

Our client's Marine Service Technicians service and repair the mechanical, electrical and structural components of our customer's recreational boats and the light commercial equipment on site.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Ability to thrive in, and contribute to a team oriented work environment
  • Working knowledge various engine types and marine components
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and structural issues
  • Ability to meet certification requirements or re-certification criteria
  • Customer-first mindset with an eye for details and producing quality work
  • Manual dexterity, technical and mechanical skills
  • GM certifications (preferred)
  • Marine industry experience (preferred)
  • MerCruiser Certification (preferred)
  • Other duties as assigned
