We are looking for an individual that has experience as an technician/mechanic. We are willing to train the right candidate. On the job training with the opportunity of paid schooling to earn qualifications. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow with company.
Job Duties-
- Repairs and maintains boats and watercraft in marine service facility: Examines, diagnoses and repairs a wide range of marine engines.
- Checks in and keeps Shop Foremen informed of on going service orders
- Ability to rig new motors and set up new sales boats and watercraft
- Helps maintain rental fleet
- Works closely with Shop Foremen and other certified technicians
Qualifications and Certifications
- Experience as an service technician
- Motivated
- Attention to detail
- Eager to learn and earn necessary certifications
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on certifications and experience.
Additional Compensation include; Commission, Bonuses, Store Discounts
Benefits: Health insurance, Retirement plan, Paid time off, Flexible schedule, Tuition reimbursement
Schedule: Full-time, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime in season, weekends required in Season
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
