Marketer/ Senior Graphic Designer
Central New Jersey Full-Time | In-Office$100,000$150,000 DOE
A growing company in the home design and interior products industry is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong design expertise who can contribute to branding, marketing campaigns, and visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
The right candidate will be someone who not only produces high-quality design work but also demonstrates leadership potential, with the opportunity to grow into a future marketing leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Design marketing materials including digital campaigns, print collateral, catalogs, and social media assets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and brand visuals
Maintain and evolve the companys brand identity and visual standards
Support product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives
Help guide creative direction and mentor junior designers as the team grows
Qualifications
5+ years of graphic design experience
Experience in home design, interior products, or related industries is a strong plus
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design work
Proficiency in Creative Suite softwares
Strong leadership mindset and creative problem-solving skills
