RWT Corp. is comprised of three (3) business units – Welding Works, a custom fabrication shop that also offers support services such as manufacturing engineering, problem-solving, drafting and job documentation; Schaefer Machine Co. manufactures a full line of glue coating machinery, roll coating machines, and lamination equipment for industrial and commercial application; Potdevin Machine manufactures specialized devices such as glue spreaders, label pasters, and rotary press machines.RWT Corp. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Administrator who can also act as a brand ambassador, to coordinate and drive our marketing initiatives worldwide. The ideal candidate will create compelling materials that effectively represent RWT Corp’s companies, our range of products and services, encompassing graphics, promotional content, fact sheets, blogs, and other marketing collateral. This role is crucial in implementing marketing and sales strategies to facilitate the growth and expansion of our offerings. Salary TBD based on experience.Job Summary:Responsible for managing the marketing channels for RWT Corp’s companies, including but not limited to print and digital media campaigns, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, webinars, events and more.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of Welding Works, Schaefer and Potdevin websites, ensuring strong SEO performance.
- Drive website activities by executing design and strategy initiatives.
- Manage industry affiliations and memberships to enhance market presence.
- Coordinate and support tradeshow activities including preparation, registration, cost tracking, event support, booth layouts, giveaways, lead management, and post-event analysis.
- Create and produce promotional materials such as brochures, advertisements, directories, sample cards, and packaging.
- Manage both digital and print advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and implement effective sales training tools and processes.
- Provide strategic advice to the sales manager on market directions, competitor analysis, and technology trends.
- Confirm, communicate, and implement updates to sales strategies across markets.
- Utilize internet research to identify leads and new business opportunities.
- Create sales materials and tools, including press releases and public relations content.Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, or sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies, plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Capable of creating and managing budgets efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills to adapt and optimize processes for market conditions and customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building collaborative partnerships with complex organizations.
- Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all professional interactions.
- Detail-oriented and persistent, maintaining focus on long-term goals amidst day-to-day challenges.
- Exceptional analytical and reasoning abilities, showcasing sound judgment and articulate communication skills, both formally and informally.
- Innovative and open-minded, willing to explore and advocate fresh perspectives on opportunities and challenges.
