Job Description

Harnish Group Inc. is the Caterpillar Dealer in Central and Western Washington, Central and Eastern Montana, Northwestern Wyoming, Northwestern North Dakota, and the state of Alaska. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to grow our E-Commerce Product Support Business
Conduct training sessions for both internal staff and customers on Parts.Cat.com and other tools
Promote digital tools such as the CAT Inspect App, Electronic Technician, and other Caterpillar offerings
Stay current on CAT digital product updates to provide accurate support and recommendations
Act as a digital ambassador across the Harnish Group and member companies
Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and enhance the customer digital experience
Resolve customer inquiries or concerns related to digital programs in a timely and professional manner
Lead internal communication efforts to promote awareness and usage of digital tools
Analyze performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement of e-commerce initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in heavy equipment or equipment rental industry is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Valid driver’s license required
