What You'll Do
As an In-House Marketing Agent, you'll help create an exceptional vacation experience while introducing resort guests and owners to the benefits of Capital Vacations' vacation ownership program.
Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging resort guests and owners in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
Generating interest in vacation ownership opportunities and company programs.
Scheduling qualified owners for Owner Updates.
Inviting qualified prospective owners to attend vacation ownership presentations.
Communicating resort amenities, vacation opportunities, and available promotions.
Building rapport with guests and creating positive first impressions.
Meeting individual production goals while delivering excellent customer service.
Completing required documentation accurately and maintaining knowledge of current programs and promotions.
What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience:
In-House Marketing Agent or OPC experience.
Timeshare or vacation ownership marketing.
Resort, hotel, tourism, or hospitality experience.
Customer service, sales, or other incentive-based roles.
