Job Description

IDR is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role offers a chance to be part of a leading energy brand where you will support integrated marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage innovative tools to optimize campaign performance.

Position Overview for the Marketing Analyst:

Support the planning, execution, and tracking of regional acquisition and sponsorship marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaign success.
Assist in managing timelines, creative reviews, and project documentation through various project management tools.
Leverage AI-powered platforms to enhance campaign planning, automate reporting, and identify actionable insights.
Coordinate with teams to organize community partnerships, events, and digital content delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Requirements for the Marketing Analyst:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or campaign support.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management or marketing platforms.
Basic understanding of digital and event marketing principles.
Experience supporting omnichannel campaigns or regional marketing initiatives is a nice to have.
