Marketing Assistant/AnalystJob SummarySupports marketing performance reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, and ad hoc business analysis for acquisition marketing programs. • Build, maintain, and quality-check recurring marketing performance reports and Excel or Power BI dashboards.
• Analyze campaign, lead, application, enrollment, conversion, and cost performance.
• Reconcile data across marketing and operational sources, investigating discrepancies, missing data, broken feeds, and unexpected performance changes.
• Respond to ad hoc business questions by defining analytical approaches, researching available data, documenting assumptions, and communicating findings clearly.
• Maintain metric definitions, business rules, procedures, and reporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate manual reporting processes.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, analytics partners, agencies, sales, operations, and technology teams.
• Learn unfamiliar systems and processes, ask targeted questions, and independently work toward solutions with appropriate guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Marketing Analytics, or another quantitative field. Equivalent education and relevant analytical experience may be considered.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, formulas, data cleansing, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate ambiguous questions, test assumptions, and identify root causes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data-querying tools is preferred.
• Experience with marketing analytics, campaign measurement, lead-funnel metrics, attribution, or executive performance reporting is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, healthcare or insurance data, data governance, or reporting automation is preferred.
• Successful completion of a practical Excel and data-analysis assessment and an analytical reasoning or case exercise.
