Job Description
This position is responsible for creating advanced Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and providing deep-dive insights that inform marketing strategy, optimize performance, and guide investment decisions across our portfolio of eyewear brands, frames, and lenses. Operating as a critical analytical engine, this role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and IT to ensure data accuracy, enable robust performance diagnostics, and support ROI-focused planning and optimization.
Specific Skills and Experience Required
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Management Science, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance.
* Experience: 4+ years of verified professional experience in an analytics-focused position.
* Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and maintain professional cross-functional relationships with key business partners to positively impact business growth.
* Executive Communication: Highly skilled in translating complex data into concise summaries and confidently presenting results to executive leadership.
* Analytical Mindset: Possess a deep intellectual curiosity to proactively explore data, solve complex problems, challenge the status quo, formulate new hypotheses, and analyze them with rigorous methodology.
* Software Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
* BI Tools & Data Manipulation: Proven proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, with direct experience utilizing Tableau, SQL, Business Objects, or similar enterprise BI environments.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
* Drive Business Intelligence: Ideate, develop, and maintain high-impact dashboards to support Marketing activities and conduct deep-dive diagnoses to uncover the performance trends behind our eyewear brands, frames, and lenses.
* Executive Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to brand managers and directors by co-building monthly business reviews for executive management, identifying key growth opportunities, and recommending actionable, corrective plans.
* Budget Planning & ROI Management: Direct the data analytics underpinning budget planning and optimization, including forecasting the expected outcomes and Return on Investment (ROI) of strategic marketing initiatives.
* Data Harmonization: Lead data harmonization and integration processes across the organization, partnering closely with Finance, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Business Analytics, and IT to guarantee absolute data accuracy.
* Campaign & Launch Optimization: Manage the performance optimization of marketing campaigns and new product launches; collaborate with sales and marketing managers to co-design customer targeting segmentations and rigorously measure their overall effectiveness.
