Our growing client base demands the right candidates for our entry-level Marketing and Communications Assistant positions. Our hands-on training program covers an array of crucial areas, including event advertising, promotional marketing, business development, client management and coordination, direct customer service and account satisfaction. These skills all pave the way to a Marketing and Communications Management position where you’d oversee and manage retail events for a client.

Responsibilities:

Execute promotional marketing and communications campaigns at big-box retail locations.
Develop and implement strategies to engage and captivate target audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

Requirements:

Demonstrated work ethic, motivation, and a thirst for learning.
Exceptional communication skills.
Goal-oriented and ambitious.
Willingness to progress from entry-level to management.
