Summary:

The Marketing and Communications Specialist supports and executes marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and partner value. This role plays a key part in maintaining the company's presence across digital channels, managing external relationships, and supporting promotional efforts tied to products, events, and the performance industry.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute social media strategy across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement to support brand growth and product visibility.
  • Monitor social performance and identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsorships and partnerships, managing communications and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong partner relationships aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Develop and distribute marketing emails and newsletters to promote products, events, and company updates.
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, engagement) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the marketing email inbox to ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication.
  • Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, and industry activations, including logistics coordination and promotional support.
  • Assist with on-site event execution as needed.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and performance tracking (e.g., open rates, click-through rates).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external partners, sponsors, and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Interest in the automotive, racing, or performance industry preferred.
