Job Description
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, the AMCA website, and other digital channels.
- Build, test, schedule, deploy, and report on email campaigns using HubSpot.
- Create and maintain website content, including landing pages, blogs, event pages, and program updates.
- Apply established SEO, accessibility, brand, and messaging standards to digital content.
- Schedule and publish LinkedIn content and monitor campaign engagement.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, workflows, approvals, and production timelines.
- Organize marketing assets, photography, graphics, templates, and digital content libraries.
- Support marketing automation, audience segmentation, campaign quality assurance, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate timelines, task lists, production schedules, and marketing deliverables for meetings, conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
- Coordinate attendee communications, registration activities, rooming lists, transportation information, and other participant logistics.
- Work with external meeting management partners, venues, vendors, and suppliers to support accurate and timely execution.
- Track event milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding action items.
- Process invoices, maintain supporting documentation, reconcile event expenses, and coordinate with Finance.
- Maintain organized event files, planning documents, production schedules, and historical records.
- Support onsite event and trade show execution as assigned.
- Coordinate speaker communications, agreements, biographies, presentations, travel information, and submission deadlines.
- Prepare speaker briefing materials, session documentation, agenda updates, and program communications.
- Coordinate sponsor and exhibitor communications, materials, logos, advertisements, and fulfillment requirements.
- Track contractual benefits and ensure sponsor and exhibitor deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate sponsor recognition across event materials, email, website, social media, signage, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain event webpages, registration pages, promotional content, and attendee information.
- Coordinate email, LinkedIn, website, and other promotional campaigns supporting meetings, trade shows, and educational programs.
- Prepare digital and printed event materials, including signage, presentations, collateral, and attendee communications.
- Coordinate production with internal teams, designers, printers, venues, and other external vendors.
- Review event information and materials for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment.
- Maintain accurate marketing, event, registration, and CRM data within HubSpot, Cvent, and other organizational systems.
- Track campaign performance, registrations, website activity, social engagement, and attendee trends.
- Prepare routine reports and coordinate attendee surveys and post-event evaluations.
- Maintain organized project documentation and support departmental workflows and cross-functional initiatives.
- Perform additional marketing and event responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in marketing, digital communications, events, or a related area; association experience preferred.
- Experience creating and executing email and social media campaigns; HubSpot experience preferred.
- Experience managing website content through a content management system; Craft preferred.
- Experience with Cvent or a comparable registration platform preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Digital marketing and campaign execution experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration, professionalism, and customer service.
- Sound problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Financial accuracy and attention to documentation.
- Ability to work independently with appropriate direction.
- Commitment to AMCA’s global brand and messaging standards.
- Hybrid work environment, with remote work Monday and Friday and in-office work Tuesday through Thursday.
- Approximately 5–10% domestic travel in support of meetings, conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
- Extended computer use and occasional standing, lifting, and movement of materials during event setup.
