What You'll Do
No two days are the same! As a Marketing & Growth Associate, you'll play a key role in growing the business, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
You'll:
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Process customer payments and lease agreements.
- Assist customers on the showroom floor and provide exceptional service.
- Answer incoming calls and connect customers with the right team members.
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
- Support marketing efforts and customer outreach campaigns.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
- Work alongside the Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities.
- Help create an exceptional customer experience every day.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with people.
- Motivated to succeed and earn performance-based bonuses.
- Organized with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Professional with excellent phone and customer service skills.
- At least 18 years old.
- Able to lift, move, and transport merchandise as part of daily responsibilities.
- Bilingual? That's a plus!
A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record (MVR), and the ability to pass a DOT physical (where required), drug screen, criminal background check, and agility test are required before employment.
