About Us:
BrightStar Care is a home health company that promotes well-being in the home. We can provide our clients with caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, or RNs that provide in-home care, assisting with toileting, light housekeeping, dressing, grooming, companionship, dementia care, safety, and much more. Each client is individually assessed by a Registered Nurse to develop a personalized Plan of Care, which our employees follow to deliver top-notch care. Care needs range from simple companionship care to round-the-clock skilled nursing care, and everything in between. BrightStar Care of Tinley Park is owned by husband-and-wife nurses who do the same work that we ask our employees to do. The length of the shifts can be as short as two hours or as long as twelve hours.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Manager at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strategic relationships with clients in the home health sector. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the management team to create and implement effective sales strategies that contribute to the overall goals of the organization. Whether you work remotely or on-site in Tinley Park, Illinois, you’ll have the flexibility to drive your efforts in a way that best suits your productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive sales growth.
  2. Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  3. Manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership and direction to reach company goals.
  4. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure alignment between sales and service delivery.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales management, particularly in healthcare or home health sectors.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Have a network of contacts in the healthcare industry.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

This position is hybrid remote and on-site in Tinley Park, Illinois.
