Description

Briljent is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Sales Support Specialist to support marketing initiatives, sales pipeline development, and industry engagement activities. This role contributes to marketing content development, conference and event coordination, social media management, and business development support.

As part of Briljent's Sales Enablement Team, this position works closely with the Business Development Team and collaborates with subject matter experts and other groups across the organization to promote Briljent's services, support conference participation, and identify new opportunities through research tools such as GovWin and other RFP aggregation platforms. This role offers significant visibility across the organization and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate Briljent's social media presence, working with internal teams to develop content that highlights company expertise, events, and industry insights.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including one-pagers, capability statements, blog posts, microsites, and other sales and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate logistics related to Briljent's participation in conferences and industry events, including sponsorship registrations, ordering materials, and managing shipment of booths and collateral to event locations.
  • Review daily opportunity listings in GovWin and other RFP aggregation tools to identify and curate potential public-sector opportunities aligned with Briljent's services and strategic priorities for the business development team.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing assets, opportunity research, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor industry trends, procurement activity, and relevant conferences or events to support marketing and business development planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information needed for marketing content, proposals, and business development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for sales enablement and business development initiatives, including assisting with RFx forms, documentation, and related submission preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and professional marketing and business communications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to gather, review, and synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subject matter experts, and business development professionals across the organization.
  • Experience managing or coordinating social media content for an organization or brand is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing content development such as blogs, marketing collateral, or digital content is preferred.
  • Experience supporting conferences, industry events, or event logistics is preferred.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and willingness to explore tools that improve marketing, research, and workflow efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with CRM systems, RFP aggregation tools (e.g., GovWin), or RFP/proposal processes is a plus but not required.
