Responsibilities

• Create and schedule high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ect.) to drive engagement and brand visibility
• Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, and engage with followers
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and impactful communication
• Write compelling captions for social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns
• Design visually appealing graphics, info-graphics, and videos to support branding efforts and enhance audience engagement
• Collaborate with vendors to produce original OEM content aligned with brand guidelines
• Analyze and refine ad performance based on data-driven insights and audience segmentation
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of social media and marketing initiatives
• Generate reports on campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics
• Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments 
• Assist marketing campaigns around product launches, promotional events, and seasonal initiatives
• Apply foundational SEO principles to enhance web content visibility and search rankings
• Assist in conducting keyword research and content optimization to improve digital content performance
• Assist with auditing business listings to ensure branding relevancy

Qualifications

• Marketing, Communications, or related field degree preferred
• Proficiency in Social Media platforms and tools (Hootsuite, MetaBusiness Suite, Promoboxx, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising
• Creative mindset and ability to adapt to changing trends
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to solve problems
• Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
