Overview
Job Description
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, website)
- Build and schedule content across platforms, including social media and HubSpot emails
- Assist with creation of marketing assets (slides, simple graphics, light design work)
- Update and maintain website content using WordPress and HubSpot
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, events, and external engagements
- Support PR efforts, awards submissions, and external visibility initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders (marketing, BD, scientific teams) to gather inputs and move projects forward
- Help manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
- Contribute to improving marketing processes and workflows over time
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or similar roles
- Demonstrated ability to own and execute marketing initiatives independently, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience with:
- Social media management
- Email marketing tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Basic CMS tools (WordPress or similar)
- Basic design skills:
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma and/or Adobe tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability

Pay TransparencyAt Alloy Therapeutics, we believe in fostering trust and open communication. For this role, the estimated range is $80,000 - $110,000, with the final offer based on factors like your experience, skills, and alignment with our needs.
Additionally, this role is eligible for equity compensation, reflecting our commitment to shared success as we work together to make better medicines.
