Job Description

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to support our marketing and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create and manage marketing content and communications
Support email marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
Assist with social media and branding activities
Prepare Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and marketing materials to support the Business Development team
Attend weekly team meetings and prepare a weekly video presentation summarizing tasks worked on, progress made, and key accomplishments

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required
Minimum 1 year of marketing experience required (internships count)
Familiarity with Canva, Lemlist, or other email marketing tools is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite environment

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
