Position Overview
We’re looking for an ambitious, people-oriented Marketing Associate to join our outreach and brand activation team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to gain real experience in marketing, sales, and brand representation.
Training is provided—no previous marketing experience required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives and promotional events
Represent client brands at in-person activations; provide product/service information to potential customers
Conduct outreach, engage prospects, and perform follow-ups to build and maintain customer interest
Maintain accurate customer records, lead data, and sales documentation
Contribute to marketing materials, content development, and strategy discussions
Participate in team meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops
Travel locally for special events, off-site activations, and client engagements

Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Prior marketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
