Position Overview
Select Staffing is hiring a Temporary Marketing Associate to support a food manufacturing company’s Marketing Department. This role assists with brand strategy, packaging design, marketing content, and communication tools across digital and print channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support brand strategy, product messaging, and promotional plans
- Create online and offline marketing content (website, social media, PR, POSM)
- Assist with packaging design, dielines, and FDA-compliant artwork
- Coordinate photoshoots and marketing collateral production
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Support trade show planning and booth design
- Record and manage consumer claims per SQF requirements
Qualifications
- BA/AA in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years in brand or product management (food industry a plus)
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license for store visits and events
