Job Description
As a Marketing Associate on Stryker’s Acute Care Global Marketing team, you’ll play a critical role supporting global downstream marketing operations across international regions. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑heavy environment and want exposure to both upstream and downstream marketing. In this role, you will collaborate across R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and global commercial teams to ensure product information, configurations, and market communications flow seamlessly. You’ll become a key operational partner who helps enable product availability, global launches, and marketing execution around the world while gaining rare visibility into how a global business functions end‑to‑end.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a central point of contact for international downstream marketing teams, providing accurate product, configuration, and cost information to support tenders, launches, and field execution.
- Manage and maintain detailed product configurations, part numbers, and cost sheets, ensuring global accuracy and alignment across regions.
- Support global communication flow, including commercial holds, product updates, obsolescence notices, and launch announcements.
- Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Order Management, and Marketing Communications teams to gather information, track updates, and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Assist in compiling and organizing market insights, customer questions, and regional feedback to share with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
- Help coordinate global marketing projects by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Support the development of basic marketing materials, global toolkits, and cross‑regional communication assets.
- Contribute to tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing simple reports, and communicating trends or risks to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong digital organization of documentation, folders, cost data, and product information to ensure accessibility for all global partners.
- Demonstrate professional, proactive communication with global colleagues across time zones, ensuring timely follow‑up and clarity on all inquiries.
What You Need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred
- Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
- Internship experience or relevant coursework with marketing, supply chain, finance, or healthcare
- Ability to use Excel effectively while working with numbers, basic cost information, and operational data
