Job Description
Description: This person will be facilitating the execution of work for the Medicare Acquisition team in partnership with marketing strategists. They would be supporting creative proofing, Final approval, release and vendor proofs. The Marketing Operations Associate provides operational, project management, and compliance support for Medicare marketing campaigns and creative initiatives. This role partners closely with Marketing Strategists, Project Managers, Creative Agency, Legal & Compliance, CRM teams, and business stakeholders to ensure marketing materials are developed accurately, routed through appropriate review processes, and delivered on time. The position serves as a critical support role throughout the full campaign lifecycle, from Responsibilities and Duties: planning and project setup through stakeholder reviews, legal approvals, production, and launch. Campaign Execution Support: Assist with data verification, proofing activities, CRM campaign reviews, direct mail production review, live proof validation, and final launch approvals. Campaign & Project Coordination: Support Medicare marketing campaigns by coordinating project activities, preparing campaign materials, attending planning meetings, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders Creative Review & Compliance Support: Review and quality-check marketing materials for branding standards, CMS compliance requirements, disclaimer accuracy, personalization elements, operational details, and version control. Workfront & Workflow Management: Create and manage Workfront projects, upload supporting documentation, track project progress, maintain project schedules, facilitate stakeholder review cycles, and document feedback Legal & Regulatory Coordination: Submit materials for legal and compliance review, manage feedback cycles, coordinate approvals through Archer and related systems, and ensure adherence to Medicare marketing regulations and internal compliance standards. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain campaign documentation and tracking tools Support annual product update initiatives Coordinate with external vendors and agency partners Assist with operational process improvements and documentation Perform additional marketing operations duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field Experience: Entry-level candidates will be considered; however, 2 5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, project coordination, marketing communications, or a related field is preferred. Skills/Competencies: Demonstrated experience performing detailed quality assurance reviews, proofing marketing materials, validating data accuracy, and maintaining version control. Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, compliance risks, and quality concerns before they impact deliverables Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting direct mail, email, CRM, digital, and sales enablement campaigns Medicare, Healthcare, Health Insurance, or regulated-industry marketing experience Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar marketing project management platforms Experience working with compliance review and approval workflows Manager Notes: This role requires an individual who thrives in a support partnership model with Lead and Senior Marketing Strategists. Success depends on exceptional organizational skills, strong process discipline, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate is naturally proactive, enjoys solving problems, and can identify risks, inconsistencies, and gaps before they impact campaign execution. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, navigating complex review and approval processes, and serving as a trusted operational partner who helps ensure campaigns are launched accurately, compliantly, and on schedule.
