A&A Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a locally owned residential service company.
We're looking for our first dedicated Marketing & Community Relations Specialist to take ownership of our marketing efforts and help drive the next stage of growth. This is far more than a social media position. You'll be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, managing vendors, improving return on investment, strengthening our community presence, and providing leadership with meaningful data to make informed decisions.Tools You'll Use: Service Titan,  Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google LSAs, Excel, Microsoft 365, CanvaWhat You'll Accomplish
  • Build the dashboard: Stand up weekly/monthly cost-per-lead and cost-per-job reporting within 90 days
    • Audit and cut: Audit ad spend, vendors, and agency contracts within 60 days; cut or renegotiate what's underperforming
  • Grow the cheap channel: Increase referral, repeat, and membership-driven revenue as a share of total leads
    • Build community presence: Establish A&A as a visible, trusted name in San Antonio — tracked as a real lead source
  • Protect volume: Maintain or improve lead volume and booked-job counts throughout
    • What You'll Need
    3+ years of marketing experience with a track record of measurably improving efficiency, not just growing volume
  •        Direct, hands-on experience managing paid ad spend, vendor relationships, and channel budgets
    • Working fluency in marketing unit economics: cost per lead, cost per job, payback period, channel ROI
  •        Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google LSAs; comfort building executive-level reports
